I started using this product in high school and I'm now 46 years old. I love the smell and how it cleanses and rinses so cleanly. I highly recommend this product, but I also recommend using a light conditioner afterwards.

I'm 49, and have used this shampoo since my late 20's when I found it in my Mom's shower. I have extremely sensitive skin and must change shampoos often. This is my "transition" shampoo, or for when I feel that my hair is acquiring a build-up. I will then use this shampoo once or twice a week until the bottle is empty. My only complaint is that this product can be very difficult to find.

[...]. On the weekends I give my hair and face a break from my normal makeup and all styling products. I use this product both Sat and Sun to clean my hair. I love it!

This shampoo is AMAZING. I use it every few days while I'm at school, and I love it. Please don't ever discontinue this wonderful shampoo!

The older I get, I noticed that my hair has gotten thinner (due to loss of hair) and oiliness. No matter what I used, my hair was limpy and oily. BTW, I have long hair. On top of it I was balding at the crown of my head. A friend recommended this to me and followed the instructions. What a big difference. I am having problems finding this product. I found it in [...]. I was not able to find it at [...] who also carries Neutrogena hair products such as shampoo and conditioner. Please do not discontinue.

i bought this shampoo because i had been using a lot of products that week and i needed to get rid of some buildup. Neutrogena has NEVER let me down in the past. Unfortunately this shampoo left my hair feeling like a brillo pad! i could literally HEAR my hair!! SMH even after i deep conditioned,my hair still felt stripped. it took my hair about two weeks to get back to normal =(
