I was trying to find the product that my doctor recommended for after my sinus surgery but CVS carries a confusing array of these items. This one included the bottle and just two single use packets. For just three bucks more you get the same bottle with 50 packets. Of course I was taken by the $3 off coupon on the less expensive box and that distracted me from the fact that it only has two packets which financially makes no sense at all (I was sick!) It's also cheaper elsewhere. The product insert is also very lengthy and confusing. It contains instructions for multiple products and is 31 pages long! It's hard to tell whether the bottle contained in the box already has the solution mixed in or if that's just water.
