This bar has lots of protein and tastes like your favorite candy bar without the calories and fat. I have tried a lot of healthy bars and this one is by far the best tasting. At breakfast I eat it with a banana, amazing combination. I keep my weight down while enjoying a delicious treat. I always bring a spare to share with a friend, they are always very grateful.
