Hi everyone, I have Crohn's Disease (an inflammatory disease of the gastro-intestinal tract). I have suffered with bouts of extreme diarrhea for years. I started taking this product about one year ago, first one capsule per day, then increased after a month to two capsules per day (morning & evening with meals). VERY IMPORTANT to start of slowly, as your system needs to adjust to all this new helpful bacteria. So only start with one a day to start, with food.
I am completely amazed at how much this product has lessened the occurances of diarrhea, which I still have daily, but not near as often. It was an immediate change, and I made no other changes to my diet or lifestyle, so I know taking this product is the reason. I have been able to live a fuller life, and go out for the day without worrying about running to the bathroom every 20 minutes.
On the opposite hand, I'm told by my doctor that Probiotics do not constipate, they simply regulates your digestive system and makes your digestive tract MUCH healthier. I could not be more thrilled with my results. So, basically this product would be very helpful to anyone, not just a person with my condition. Best of luck!

I have UC and probiotics is something that can help with the immune system. This product has 20 billion cultures which is the dosage that is recommended if you want results. Price is definitely competitive and you can find it BOGO periodically.
