1200 mg of this added to 3600 mg of fish oil, a little less beef and a daily walk - I dropped 30 points of f my (high) cholesterol in 6 months. After 5 years, I still have normal cholesterol tests. One of my co-workers from China told me that Red Yeast Rice is something he eats regularly. I tried some, but I didn't really care for it. I'll stick to the pills - cheaper than pharma statins but they worked for me.
