the first time I had it the flavor was kind of grainy and bitter chocolate flavored. The 2nd time I added some of my old slim fast protein drink and used milk. It improved the flavor but not enough to buy it again. Unfortunately I have 2 jugs of this stuff because I bought it on a BOGO free offer. I will use it but it will be slowly. Sigh!

I've been drinking Nature's Bounty Protein & Vitamin Shakes every morning for 2 years. I really feel a difference on days that I have skipped it. I have more energy and I feel like it has helped boost my immune system.

I just bought this product last night. I have been searching for a protein powder to help me feel full enough in the mornings to get me through until lunch some days of the week. I have been hesitant to buy some products because they were so expensive and if I didn't like the taste I don't think I could force myself to use it. I'm a college student in my 30's. I'm sometimes at the college for 12+ hours and never give myself enough time in the mornings to really grab anything other than a breakfast bar. I'm expecting this to help me get through the morning hours until at least noon so I may grab lunch and be satisfied with not need to pay for a muffin or smoothie at school to get me by.
This product stuck out at me because:
1. it's for women
2. because it's for women it has certain vitamins in it that women need or could use (folic, collagen, etc.) on top of others we need like calcium and such.
3. It has a good amount of protein in it, not so much I was afraid it would taste horrible.
4. It was buy one get one free (GREAT! Perfect to try!)
5. It came in both chocolate and vanilla (Yay variety!!!)
I tried it this morning. I'm not a fan of mixing water with stuff like this, therefore, I'm ok with adding a few calories and using almond or coconut milk to it. I mixed it in the blender first with just the powder and the almond milk and it tasted pretty dang good. Then I added ice cubes and some frozen berries. It tasted quite wonderful =-) I'm very pleased and may even go back and get a couple more before the deal ends so I can stock up.
I can't wait to try the vanilla!

I was doing Shakeology, which is $100+/month. When I was about out and this was on sale BOGO, I decided to try it. Lost more weight/week with this than with Shakeology.
Very chocolate! Staves off hunger for about 3.5 hours, and I can usually deal with the last 30 min until lunchtime. It's $17 for 16 days, so it's a little over $1/day which is a good deal for a meal replacement shake, even if it's more expensive than straight up protein powder.
If you can get it BOGO, it's a steal!
Oh, I usually just put it in my water bottle with 10-12 oz H2O and a few ice cubes and shake it. Dissolves well, with only a little residue at the bottom. When the ice melts, I just swirl and drink, no big deal. :)

I tried this product about 4 months ago when it was a buy one get one free promo and I am hooked. I mix it with water in a bullet mixer and add things like flax seeds, sunflower seeds or almond butter, goji berries and banana or blueberries and some ice. I mix it for about 25 seconds and it's amazing and keeps me going till lunch time. It's a little expensive, but I buy on sale.

Chocolate flavor indeed! Very chocolatey, almost too chocolatey (can there really be such a thing?) Very rich cocoa taste on its own, best mixed halfsies with a vanilla flavored mix. Or add some fruity mix-ins to balance it out. While I recommend this product, the CVS-brand protein shake mix is much tastier, in my opinion, and has more protein.
