This product deliveries results. My hair , skin and nails are very healthy now. It took a month to notice the results with my nails and 2 months to notice skin and hair. Once you see the results, you won't stop using the product. Purchase at least 2 bottles at a time.

Have pre-diabetes and try to watch my diet. This product has really helped me to control my appetite and the unexpected bonus of losing weight. Will continue to use and when get my next blood test will see it my blood sugar is in better control

I have been taking the vitamins for a while now and still not sure if working or not. it's not expensive so still worth a try. will continue to take them but I wouldn't highly recommend it to anyone and advertise it as miracle worker to my friends.

This product has reduced the appearance of fine lines on my face. I believe it is the hydrolyzed collagen contained in this product that is responsible for the much of the improvement. This product is much better than most skin crèmes.
