I had trouble falling asleep after a busy day and tried these 10 mg Melatonin capsule and with in hour after taking one capsule, I was yawning and getting relaxed.
SO I would recommend this to anyone that wants a good night sleep and to also wake up refreshed in the morning without feeling drowsy or tired.

I have used this for over a couple of weeks now and I must say - I have been sleeping very soundly and waking up feeling like I "Slept like a rock" ! No morning side affects at all, just a well rested feeling. Highly recommend this product - especially for anyone who has trouble falling and staying asleep.
