These are small capsules, but you only have to take one! It's not like many others that are small, but have to take 2-4 capsules daily. Even though they are hard to find, we keep buying them online.

I love the new Minis. With advancing age and the need to up my medicines and supplement intake, the smaller the pill the better. Swallowing a Mini Gel cap is so much easier.
