I have bought several "B" vitamins and this is the grandest of them all. There is no yeast either, which is very important to my body. I feel very relaxed mentally while on this vitamin. It does help when you take it with food as prescribed, as otherwise I don't think it "kicks in" until you do. I get anxiety quite often and being on this helps immensely, even though it gives you energy, if gives you positive energy, not sluggish/negative energy.
