I bought this hoping it would help but after about a month it started getting lots of back ground noice .so it's useless

Have had many others at $500 or more. Batteries go dead, and trying to replace these tiny things with feeble hands is impossible. MSA is a bit loud, there is a way around that with a tiny bit of kleenex in the earbud. But is rechargeable, and sometimes I forget that it is there, like when I took a shower today. Will definitely buy another or two.
