This is the best lipstick ever. I like quality gel lipsticks which keep my lips moist. This brand "plumps." Not sure about that, but does have a tingly sensation when I first put it on. My lips never look dehydrated, so perhaps plump is the correct term. The color Rosewood gets complements from other women all of the time who ask about it. Milani Rosewood truly is a lovely natural looking color which has staying power on my lips. I used to be able to find the lipstick at 2 local grocers. I recently had to buy it directly from Milani. Surprisingly for virtually the same price...or slightly less. The experience with Milani was perfectection. Service was great! Thank you!
