This is my preferred product, but the store generally only carried the other bottle packaging. I like the blue cap because I only need to take 5 capsules. The other requires 6 to be ingested. However the Wal-Mart shelves carry this and a substantially lower price.

I'm really satisfied with this product. It is much easier to use than the powdered form and just as effective. Plus it has the bonus of added calcium.
