I discovered about one year ago that I am lactose-intolerant. I take Lactaid chewables when warranted and haven't had a problem since. Also, love the convenience of small, individual packaging of tablets.

The chewable nature makes them not require water. You can take them anytime. Also, it helps to enjoy dairy if you are lactose intolerant.

These can be broken down into individual packets that can go in purse or pocket. Flavor is great and these are chewable so work quickly. Helps reduce, but not negate, the symptoms of Lactose Intolerance.
