I have finally found the cleansing product that provides the perfect balance between a powerful squeaky clean, which I love, with no irritation or over-drying of the skin. Using it daily with other Effaclar products such as the micro-exfolliating astringent and the daily topical anti-relapse lotion, my low-grade acne has disappeared. I like the texture. It's a thick cream that bursts into foam with water.
