I gave it 4 stars because I can 't find a place where you can get replacement heads when these wear out. I contacted "Kiss" via phone and email and no one has gotten back to me.
That said, I actually got this for my toenails. Having back problems makes it almost impossible to reach my toes to cut them these days so I got this power filer. Takes a while since toe nails are tougher than soft finger nails but, it did the job for me.
