Temporary dulls the pain. I have arthritis of the knee and I use it about once every half hour when the pain flares up. Any one suffering from arthritis pain knows that sometimes even 10 or 15 minutes of relief can be a blessing. Also good for wait time for the medicine to kick in.

spray is a stream not a full pattern. Hard to put light coat on muscle. You end up putting more than you need and have to use hand and wipe product around large area. I would not but product for applicator, product does work.
