I have been taking one softgel first thing in the morning for about a month now and it really works! I missed one day and went back to the same old discomfort, bloating and gas.

These are a great, natural way to help ease all kinds of tummy ailments! Safe enough to take as a maintenance regimen for those with chronic belly issues, and great for the occasional bout of nausea or gas. I even take one when I'm carsick! Highly recommended for those looking for alternative ways to manage upset tummies. A little pricey but totally worth it, and it lasts a few months!

I've been taking this for help with IBS and it seems to be working. I had been purchasing enteric-coated peppermint oil from a health-food/vitamin specialty store and switched to this when I saw this on the shelf at CVS. In addition to the peppermint oil, it has ginger and fennel oils. Even better, for about $1 more you get 30 more capsules with this product, and that's at regular price; with CVS %-off coupons it becomes an even better deal.

I have been suffering with IBS for over a year and a half. I've been using this for a week and I feel like myself again! For me, once a day works perfectly. If you suffer with IBS, I recommend giving this a try.
