I've used this hand cream for several years... I am a remodeling contractor and my fingers used to split constantly and take weeks to heal. I have tried different lotions and creams to help my hands heal, but none seemed to help much... until I tried O'Keeffe's. I put this on my hands every night before bed time and now I hardly ever have cracked finger tips, and when I do (which is rare), they heal in about 3 days. This stuff works!
