It's disappointing. It numbs the pain a little when I applied the gel on my canker sores. I liked the cool feeling and its nice taste. However, it has been 3 days and nothing seems to get any better. I have 2 sore spots on my upper lip and it's really painful and very difficult for me to eat. Canker-x promises to numb the pain and promotes healing. It even promises 100% money back in the case of dissatisfaction. What I experienced is that Canker-X cools the pain for like 1-2 seconds, then I have to wait for 1 minute before I can move my lips so that the film can be formed, then I can't drink or eat anything for another hour. By then my mouth becomes really dry and irritant. I thought that these were part of the healing process. Now I guess not. The funny part is that I did went to the website to try to claim for my money back. The process said that I have to mail the UNUSED tube and receipt to CHICAGO to get a refund of like 7 dollar!! I doubt that this whole money back is just a marketing ploy rather than a genuine quality assurance.
