Zap I cookie in microwave for 12 sec or 2 cookies for 24 sec.. The cookies get soft and moist and incredibly delicious! Do not eat them cold and hard like a rock.

These cookies consistently impress my guests! It never fails that someone asks me "Where did you get these cookies?!!" They are decadently delicious with plenty of white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Yes, they tend to suffer a bit in shipping, but since I eat the broken ones myself, I don't mind too much!

I bought it at a CVS store because it was on sale for $2.50 each, and I was pleasantly surprised--the cookies have a texture similar to shortbread, and I can taste the sweet white chocolate, but the macadamia nuts aren't as prominent. It comes in three rows of cookies.
