Its was an excellent product for the first year but now the door has gone loose or something and it just pops open everytime I'm trying to trim with the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had mine for more than 5 years. Always took care of it by washing and lubricating it and never had any problem. The combs break, mine broke as well...

I loved the styler for about a week but after the blade heads have broken so now I can only use it on a 0 or 1 setting and I do not know where I can purchase new heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had 4. The last one stopped cutting hair abruptly today after 4 months. Same with the ones I had before. I keep it clean and oil the cutting blade. I use it once a week. id love some feedback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for over a year and it worked excellent even underwater. I am a very satisfied customer but I would only change a small detail, if it were rechargeable it would be a five stars completely.

A quality razor for a couple of months and then they will break. Have had 2, both have broken and I've moved on to another electric razor. Waste of money

I love it, but battery doesnt last. Upon changing battery it stopped, the trimmer got wet used with new bat 3 times b4 & it never worked again, I will buy another when I have the money saved again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Styler for the 1st time last week. Go to use it a second time today, it wouldnt turn on. Not happy at all with this purchase. Was it meant to be 1x use?
