Best to use it at night. Keep eyes moist and when you wake up in the morning eyes feel refresh!!

I have severe dry eyes due to RK surgery about 22 years ago. I use this every night when I go to bed and sometimes during the day if my eyes are really bad.

I have sjogrens (an autoimmune disorder) and my eyes get dry all the time. I use GenTeal Gel twice a day and it feels great! Try not to use it 3 times or more during the day as you will feel weird. Also try not touching the tip of the tube with your hands as you want to keep it as clean as possible.
