Absolutely doesn't flake ! I love this product. Holds really well and doesn't have a scent that is noticeable. Even in the most humid or hot weather it keeps hair in place and brushes out easily. This is by far the best product and I've tried many who claim not to flake. No problem wearing black at all :)
