When I became pregnant, my throat would no longer allow me to swallow my pre-natal vitamins, aka horse pills LOL. My OB suggested I take 2 of these vitamins a day instead. (The directions say only take one a day but I needed the extra folic acid for obvious reasons.) It did the trick. My energy was high, I didn't get sick once the whole 9 months, etc. Even now, while I am nursing, I am still taking them because I like the way I feel when I take them. I highly recommend these for not just kids but for adults too.

I've taken these vitamins since I was a child. I'm now 39 and I take one every day. I can't swallow pills so the fact that I can chew them is a godsend. They taste great and do the job -- these aren't just for kids!
