I really like the idea and overall comfort of this product. The only problem is that my anatomy isn’t perfect for it so it starts to leak after 2-3 hours. I always place it perfect according to the instructions and know my anatomy well so in theory it should work perfectly… I just wish there were different sizes to choose from so that it would better fit and stay inside my vagina. It would be even better if they created a *starter kit* product with three different sizes of rings to be better accommodating for peoples anatomy. Great idea based on women’s anatomy but it needs to be more inclusive then a “one size fits all” product.

I’ve been using these for 2 cycles now and I’m so happy I switched to Flex. I will say that it takes some getting used to but once I did, I was so happy about getting my cycle which had never happened. I used to dread having a period but with flex it’s not so bad. The only I did realize is that, on my heavier days I think my vagina is, if u will, swollen so the positioning is a little weird but other than that, I love it!

I watched the You Tube Videos all about cups, tons of them…and bought this Athena size one cup and one another brand. The Athena totally wins! Very easy to fold and keep it folded while insertion. This is seriously life changing. I’m so dang happy!! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been thinking about getting a period cup for a long time, but never went through with it. Finally I came across the flex disc, and they had a sale going on so I figured why not! Let me tell you, this was the best decision I’ve ever made. I absolutely love using my disc, it’s so nice to not have to use tampons and worry about it leaking through before changing it, or taking it out too early and it still being mostly dry and irritating to remove. The reusable disc is my new period bff. Try it!!

I’ve tried other cups. So difficult to get in and take out, messy, and causing so many cramps. I was intrigued by the idea of flex but didn’t like the disposable option. The whole point was to be more green. When flex came up with a reusable cup I ordered right away. I was hesitant but I have to say I will use nothing else. So easy to put in… not having to take it out every time to empty is so helpful. Take it out after 12 hours… clean it… put it back. No leaks so far and I have heavy menstruation. Total game changer. Thank the lord - one less stress in my life.

Fed up with tampons to the point of tears and these discs came out. Less mess, less cramping, no wet diaper feeling, sex is way less of a mess. Makes my period actually manageable when it WAS NOT before. Insertion and removal is easy. GAME CHANGER!
