- Wash your hands and pinch the disc in half.
- Use your index finger to guide the front edge, tucking it up behind your pubic bone. You shouldn’t be able to feel it at all if it’s in the right place.
- Wear it for 12 hours, uninterrupted. It collects up to 2 super tampons of fluid.
- To remove take a seat on the toilet and, with clean hands, slide your finger up under the front edge of FLEX Disc and pull straight down, keeping it parallel to the floor.
- Turn disc upside down to empty in toilet. Place empty disc in a wrapper and dispose in the trash.
Warnings: Consult your doctor if you are wearing an intrauterine device (IUD). While uncommon, there is a risk of dislodging, displacing or removing the IUD by pulling on the IUD string when removing your FLEX menstrual product. If you’ve ever had Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) do not use FLEX menstrual products or any other internally worn product. Immediately following childbirth, gynecological surgery, miscarriage or termination of pregnancy consult your physician before using a FLEX menstrual products. Do not use a FLEX menstrual products if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use once the infection has completely cleared. Maximum wear time is 12 hours and FLEX menstrual products must be changed after 12 hours.
FLEX Disc is not a contraceptive and does not provide protection against sexually transmitted infections.
