I never thought I would use a menstrual cup, but Flex convinced me otherwise. It's comfortable, convenient, and the reusable cup is SO much cheaper than pads or tampons. I found it easy to learn how to use thanks to the detailed instructions and images that came along with the cup.

Had trouble getting it in and knowing if it opened or not. Also no matter where placed it slid right out as soon as I moved. Will give it another couple of good tries before I give up though. Trying the disc and also having issues with placement and knowing if open and in correct place with tilted cervix. Going to try some different things with this but only when off work. Definitely need to trial and error at home!!! Will review again if find tips that work. Thx!

The flex cup has seriously changed my life. I began to feel really hopeless when pads and tampons started giving me skin irritation and made periods 100x worse than they already were. Getting a menstrual cup is seriously one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I don’t spend so much money buying pads and tampons anymore, and I generate comparatively NO trash compared to using tampons and pads. The 12 hour wear is seriously unbeatable and I don’t have to worry about leaking through unless my flow is SUPER heavy. The only drawback about it is that it takes a couple of tries to get very comfortable with it and to get the seal right. Once you got it though, it’s the best. I recommend the flex cup to literally everyone I meet.

I have been using the flex cup for about 6 months now, and I don't think I will ever go back! I used reusable cloth pads for about 2 years before making the jump to a menstrual cup. I've used my flex cup through half marathons, training runs, bike commuting, and backpacking. It really is a game changer if you are an active person!

I decided to switch from tampons due the shortage and how bad my cramps were,the cup is easy to put in ,I did try before my actual period started , but woke up and put it ,was easy and love knowing I don't have to rush to the bathroom to change my tampon,

This is so much better than using a pad or tampon. It's a little difficult learning how to insert it, but after that it works perfectly!
My only complaint is that it has to be cleaned with each removal and re-insertion, and in public restrooms that's not an ideal situation.

I stopped at CVS to buy tampons, was looking at the selection and said “F tampons” and grabbed this product off the shelf instead. I can see why there would be a learning curve, but I just went into it with no fear, made the cup opening as small as possible, and pushed it up there. I was shocked that I couldn’t even tell it was up there. This was the first time in as long as I can remember that I slept through the night not wearing a massive pad along with my tampon in fear of leaking. Plus, the pull tab makes pulling it out soooo much easier. I’m kinda mad I didn’t make the switch sooner.

As a first time cup user, the hoop that helps break the seal really helped. I do wish there were more sizes tough. But I really recommend this cup.
