FLEX Discs sit in a different position than tampons and cups and were designed to fit the majority of women, including mothers. Holds capacity of three super tampons.

Directions:

FLEX Cup

The FLEX cup folds for easy insertion, and opens up inside to form a seal with your body.
Wear it safely for 12 hours. It collects up to 3 super tampons worth of fluid.
To remove simply pull the ReleaseRing™ to break the seal and slide out in one motion.

Warnings: Consult your doctor if you are wearing an intrauterine device (IUD). While uncommon, there is a risk of dislodging, displacing or removing the IUD by pulling on the IUD string when removing your FLEX menstrual product. If you’ve ever had Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) do not use FLEX menstrual products or any other internally worn product. Immediately following childbirth, gynecological surgery, miscarriage or termination of pregnancy consult your physician before using a FLEX menstrual products. Do not use a FLEX menstrual products if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use once the infection has completely cleared. Maximum wear time is 12 hours and FLEX menstrual products must be changed after 12 hours.

Remove your FLEX Cup prior to intercourse. FLEX Cup is not a contraceptive device and will not protect you against sexually transmitted infections. If you experience any adverse events with FLEX Cup, discontinue use and consult with your physician.
