If your doctor recommends more fiber in your diet, you have a choice of Citrucel, FiberOne, or other powders that you mix into a drink; but then often you find out that they don't mix very well – and you get a sludgy mess at the bottom of the drink. . FiberChoice tablets are literally nickel-size easily chewable tablets which give you the same amount of fiber as in the powders that you mix into liquids. For me it’s a no-brainer. I chew 2 FiberChoice tablets with breakfast and 2 more with dinner.
