I have A+ Blood and this Bayer Extra Strength 500mg Aspirin has no Caffine. Best Product I have found for me and other's who can take aspirin. It is Efficient with Pain, does not keep a Person awake and helps within my Health Maintenance Program I started in 1982 some 31 years ago; Shift work and Propulsion Engineering are the 24-7-365 State of mind.
