I bought this product hoping it would help with my skin that is a little red. I have used this product twice and turned my face BRIGHT RED. I look like a tomato. This product has the exact opposite affect I wanted. It says it is for sensitive skin..... do not believe it. If you want to have your face be red as a tomato, then this is the product for you.

I used this product for about a week. My entire face is now covered in a horrible, burning, itchy, bumpy rash, including my eyelids, pretty much everywhere the product touched my face. I have never had such a bad reaction to any products I have used to clean my face. I would caution everyone with sensitive skin considering using this product!

Only because of the parabens in the old formula, I never repurchased. Now, I see it is paraben free and I ADORE this gentle cleanser. It is quite gelatinous, but works all the same.

My wife purchased this product for me to use as I have redness and we have been looking for something to help. I applied and rinsed morning and evening on day one and my forehead felt sore and was more red that day. The next day I applied and rinsed and had a very bad rosacea breakout. I am not sure what was the problem the cleanser or the day lotion but it just amplified my problem.

I have never written a review before, but I am not kidding when I say this product has changed my life. I have used tons of other things to help calm my red cheeks, prescriptions, expensive products, etc. and nothing has worked..until now. I will be using this product until the day I die. I am so excited about the results and that was without using the day and night lotion, which I purchased today because I am so satisfied with the face wash! I have struggled with rosacea my whole life and wore make up since I was in 4th grade to cover it up. Because of this product, I feel comfortable without makeup, my skin is so much calmer and more hydrated than I could have ever imagined. Thanks to this product, I know what I look like without red cheeks, my childhood dream. I am SO thankful! Thank you Eucerin!!

i am so surprised to see some reviewers report they experienced drying with this cleanser. just goes to show how different we can all be! my skin is the worst of both; it's extremely sensitive, extremely dehydrated but is prone to acne/congestion AND i have rosacea with its bumps/pimples, tightness, redness, tingling, & burning. this cleanser has been the first cleanser i have EVER used that actually does everything! it soothes my skin, quashes all redness, removes eye makeup (i can no longer wear makeup on my face but i wear a lot of mascara & sometimes eyeliner. this cleanser on its own removes almost all of it. the tiny traces that are sometimes left i remove with a q-tip dipped in a sensitive formula miceller water). this cleanser does not leave my skin tight & dry- it leaves it soft, smooth, comfortable yet it is thoroughly cleansed. somehow it has cleared up what acne I had when i started this, which is so amazing to me bc it is so gentle. it has minimal ingredients- this formula is simply amazing & effective- please Eucerin dont change it!

I bought this with the anti redness day moisturiser and have after 3 weeks seen an improvement in my skin and it's texture. Great product and gentle on my skin.

I recently bought this product because different cleansers leave me red and irritated. I like the fact that it's gentle and doesn't leave my face as red. However, my Face became dry and flaky.
