What is in this formula that is causing our hands to sting so much? It's called advanced repair so you would think it would help dry, cracking skin. This is not the case for my wife and I. Both of us had the same results, uncomfortable burning/stinging sensation that only got worse. We have been using Eucerin Baby lotion for a couple years for kids with no problems but I would not recommend this advanced repair formula to anyone.

The old formula was amazing and my favorite hand cream. The new stuff isn't as good. Bring back the old formula please!

I used the intensive repair hand cream for years on the recommendation of my dermatologist, it was my favorite. This new formula is so disappointing. It's just hand cream, nothing special at all. Please bring back the old formula!

I adore this product. Coming from a life long eczema sufferer, I can honestly say that this hand cream is the absolute best when it comes to quickly repairing cracked, blistering and flakey hands. For the price of it, you really can't go wrong.

The new formula is terrible. Oddly it is greasy and not moisturizing. I swore by the the blue cap hand cream to get me through winter- it was deeply moisturizing, not greasy, helped with eczema triggered by low humidity and hot air in the winter and all the while was perfect for my super sensitive skin. I was so bummed when I ran out to find out it had been discontinued and based on this message board I am not alone. Why on earth would you discontinue?!?!?!?!?

I've tried to get used to the new formula for the hand cream, and I finally just gave up. It's very greasy, it smells, and most of all, it just doesn't repair and protect my dry hands like the formula with the blue cap used to. Yes, there are other products on the market and I guess I'll have to transition into one of them, especially since Winter is beginning to settle in and the air inside buildings will be drier. What a shame that Eucerin changed this.

I see you changed the formula for your Intensive Repair hand cream and it is now called Advanced Repair hand cream. I don't understand this. The old formula was EXCELLENT. Why change something that works great? I don't care for the new formula, and will not buy it again. It doesn't absorb as well, and has an unpleasant odor. The Intensive Repair didn't really have much of any odor. I don't understand why companies think they have to change a product that works so well.
