This product was a tremendous help. Im 47 and I really didnt think I was actually needing anything for menopause yet, but the hot flashes, mood swings, no energy, and wt gain. This product was amazingly helpful to me. I recommend this to any woman to try.

This has been the only product that has tamed my hot flashes. SO much so that when you stop taking it you notice the difference. You have to take it for at least 5 days before you notice a change.

I bought this product for it's "helps manage irritability" promotion. It has really helped. It also helped the hot flashes even though mine weren't very strong. I can tell a difference if I don't take it for a couple of days.
