This is a good seed based parrot diet that my picky cockatoos and African grey will readily eat. I mix it with more sunflower seeds so as not to overload their diet with safflower. The extruded "cookies" add color and interesting shapes to the bowl. I would have given the product 5 stars if it were consistently in stock, and one batch a while back had a lot of seed dust in the bag, indicating to me that the product sat in stock for a while. Recent shipments have been of good quality.
