The medications I'm on have made me constipated for over a week now. I've tried ever natural thing I could think of. And even tried not taking the meds at all. After nothing worked I decided to try this product. 2 hours after taking it I starting having the worse cramps of my life and throwing up horribly! . I sat on the toliet with no relief for over an hour. Eventually sat in a tub of hot water and even that didn't help. Hopefully after all of these cramps go away I can use the bathroom. Either way the pain I'm now in is not worth any in result. Before I was sluggish feeling. I'll take sluggish over crying pain and vomiting any day.
