This ProBiotic is not a cure for Lactose Intolerance but it does help. I was not able to have any cheese or ice cream prior to doing the regime, without suffering the consequences Taking the Digestive Advantage daily and a Lactaid type pill I am able to enjoy some, I repeat some real cheese and some ice cream.

My husband and I both take Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense Formula for lactose intolerance. I find that it works perfectly for me to be able to eat any dairy type food I want without those annoying side effects! My husband, whose intolerance borders on a true mulk allergy, finds that this lessens his symptoms or delays them.
We each take one pill a day.

This product works well for my son who is lactose intolerant. As extra protection with a very lactose heavy food/meal he takes the CVS generic lactaid to ensure no problems.

This product has changed my life. I followed the instructions on starting this therapy and maintaining. Now I am able to enjoy dairy without having to worry. I know it is not a "cure" to my lactose intolerance and I can't overdue it .. I have tried :) Paul Harvey promoted it on NPR and I am glad I took the chance. Now I promote it to anyone that has shared their struggle with dairy. Just leave at least one box on the shelf for me :)

I have used this product for years, and for the first time in my life I can eat pretty much anything I want to. My mother, who is 93 yrs. old started taking it this year, and has done so much better with dairy products. The best thing is that you take it once in the morning. You don't have to take it every time you eat dairy products.
