My husband is 6'5" and 195 lbs. He has had no luck with ordinary briefs. However, these briefs have a high enough rise to fit him comfortably without being baggy and ill-fitting. We use a liner in this brief, and the brief is so durable we often can use it several times by just replacing the soiled liner. They are very expensive, but when purchased with a coupon, I am willing to spend the money. Unfortunately, on-line coupons are not allowed to be applied to Depend Real Fit, so I have to go into the store to apply a coupon.

Since my prostrate surgery In 1997 I have an incontinence problem. The real fit briefs give me much confidence and assures me of not up incurring leakage problems in any of my daily activities in bowling and tennis. I find them to be comfortable and would recommend them very highly to any male that needs comfort and confidence.

These are definitely the best men's briefs on the market. They are a little pricey, but fit so much better than the cheaper brands. I buy them in bulk when I can use a 20% off coupon.

Like these particular depends as they really hold moisture in. Have tried several of the generic ones but just did not do the job. Father is almost blind and wish you could feel difference on tag as to back and front of the garment. Other than than they do as good a job as any I have found. Even are smooth like real garments he wore.

My Dad is 85 and lives on his own. He accepts the fact he needs this type of underwear. I like finding things to help him maintain his independence. He likes the look of these not being so much like a diaper but real underwear. He also appreciates that they are easier to pull up than the "accordion" kind he was wearing. He has been thru about 22 boxes in the last several months. About 1 in 9 pairs the waistband rips and he has to toss since he can not pull them up. Has also happened when I and others assist in dressing. Not horrible but when trying to budget every pair counts. We just try to be careful with each pair. Overall satisfied and will continue to use.
