Bought a tube of this for a cut finger on my grandson. Product was very stiff and grainy, almost impossible to spread on a wound.
I had another brand that was excellent but I ran out.
I will be returning this.

I lacerated my finger at the first crease and after a late night trip to the ER they used dermabond to close my wound. The dermabond fell off after 7 days and the wound was still open. I used neosporin for the next 13 days with little to no change. I applied the silver gel that night and in the morning it was 50% closed, and the next morning it was completely closed. This stuff is miraculous and you would think that ER doctors would mention this to patients with cuts or lacerations...but I guess they'd rather you come back for further treatment at exorbitant prices. I'LL NEVER BE WITHOUT THIS PRODUCT !!

I was surprised when I had a scratch so deep that even Bactine was stinging. So I tried the Silver Gel and it soothed right away and it healed in 1-2 days. I was amazed.

I purchased this for a first degree burn from an 800 degree soldering iron. Within 2 hours the sting and pain was completely gone, and I could use my hand normally without wrapping it. It's my new favorite next to gold bond cream for burns relating to my job.

I bought this for a burn from a toaster oven, recommended by a CVS pharmacist. Within 24 hours I could tell a big improvement.

I used this when I had a splatter burn that I had gotten frying bacon. I put on the gel for few days covered and It really helped. No scaring.
