I require larger compartments due to all me prescriptions & vitamins/supplements. This is the 2nd 1 I had to purchase because the other tabs broke on my previous one due to over filling them.

There are no hinges on the little doors. It's just a small piece of plastic that flexes. They wear out very quickly. I accidentally pushed on of the doors all the way open and it snapped right off. Buy something a little sturdier than this; you will be soon any way when this one breaks.

This is the best pill organizer I've ever used. The design is compact, yet roomy inside each individual compartment. My morning meds include 12 pills (4 large, 3 medium and 5 smallish). All fit easily within the morning compartment. Going on 2 yrs with mine - very durable!
