The unit we purchased was not very useful and we took it back just as soon as we got it home. The lens is blurry with no way to adjust the focus. The light is not directed very well into the ear making it hard to see anything even if it was focused correctly.

Bought it to examine for ear infections.
Found that the speculum falls off easily and the image size + lack of focus proved this to be unusable for my purposes.
Going to purchase a more robust and feature rich product.
