This product does not work. It was on sale for a buy one get one and I had back pain. So I got them and tried them 3 times. The pad takes 45 minutes to even feel warm and it barely gets warm to the touch. With the cover you cant feel it at all and direct skin feels slightly warmer but still does not help with any back pain. Not worth the money even on sale.
I specifically signed up to make a review because I was so dissatisfied.
