I have severe tooth pain from a recent procedure and I really just needed a good warm bottle to put on my face. I also have chronic back pain. I saw this was the only product but had a horrible review. I was hesitant but I bought it anyways. I'm glad I did. Its actually pretty durable as my kids have been using it too. It's soft so it's perfect to put right on my skin. I will buy another one if it does happens to break due to using it.

This bottle worked for about a week of uses but the valve seat is made of cheap thin plastic. I snugged the cap as suggested each time and the valve seat quickly developed hairline cracks so the bottle leaked. Who wants a hot "leaky" water bottle. Needs a redesign. If you must buy it, save your receipt as you will definitely want to return it. It is stamped "Made in China"
