I started taking this product approximately 3 months ago. I have noticed an improvement in my mobility and flexability. I have less hip discomfort. I will continue to take this and hopefully I will continue to benefit.

I started taking this for my joints over a year ago. I like the fact that it is only one, small, easy to swallow pill. I think it helps my joints. However when I used to purchase it last year, it also included my daily essential of Vitamin D. This is partly why I choose this over all of the other bone and joint options in the beginning. However, now they seem to have revised the ingredients and Vit D is not listed on the packaging. So I have started supplementing with a daily Vit D also, which is another expense. It would be nice if you could combine it all in one pill again.

I have been using this for 3 months and my knees are feeling great. No more pain while standing on the job! I noticed the difference after the first week! Amazing, once a day before breakfast and they are easy to swallow.

I just finished my 5th box and feel it works better that all the namebrand supplements. Take one small capsule daily rather than the 2 or three horse pills thatthat are difficult to swallow.. Finally they are more reasonably priced that the namebrand supplements. Swtch to this.. You will be glad you did!

I have just finished 1 box of these tablets and I feel better than before. Also, it comes in really convenient pack, easy to brake a seal, so you don't have to fight with this package to get into the pill. Very convenient that I can take it once a day, before meal. I take it early in the morning and done! Just bought some more - the price is also very affordable! And, the most important - it really works as advertized!

This one capsule is great. I take it first thing in the morning before I even get up.( it must be taken on an empty stomach). One pill is all it takes. DONE!!!
