I was looking for a multi vitamin that didn't contain iron and general a range of vitamins. This product seems to have everything I would need or that I am not getting in my everyday meals.

I mean I'm still living, and don't feel any actual health benefits. It's not like Popeye eating spinach or anything. What else is there to say? They're just vitamins, but certainly cheaper than the leading name brand with the same ingredients. That's good enough for me.
