I didn't rate these 1 star because at this current time four other reviews have give it 5 stars. I'm the oddball. These are simply unusable for me. They are far too big (wide# to fit between my teeth and my wife's teeth. So, unless you gaps between your teeth #not like David Letterman or Madonna), these might not work for you.

Use these in lieu of flossing. Many times I use with toothpaste and brush in between my teeth. They are the perfect size for everyone. They get into tight spaces and can be maneuvered in larger spaces to keep areas clean. Recommend highly.

My dentist got me onto these babies! They are great i floss so much more now and have great dental reviews. They slide easily between teeth and get out all that stuck in there stuff that not even floss can get out!

I didn't even know these existed until my dental technician mentioned I should give them a try. I have 2 small gaps in between my teeth which are absolute food traps. So much so that all the flossing I would do to clean them would actually make my gums sore. I thought these tiny brushes were too big to work, but they actually fit between my teeth and remove all of the stuff that the floss could not get out. I know that I am now cleaning my teeth the way they should be cleaned. These work very well and I highly recommend them to anyone with "food traps" in their teeth.
