I have used this type of product for many years. I have dry mouth and throat helps to keep things open.
During times of congestion it helps to loosen mucus and prevent and shorten congestion.

I use this saline nasal spray 4-5 times a day, especially after I am outdoors and before I go to bed. It helps prevent the allergy attacks brought on by allergens lodging in the nose and throat--washes them right down!
