We were recommended this for his leg cramps and hand cramps. It has helped a little but not as much as we were hoping. maybe in another week or two..We will see.

The leg cramps were waking me up nightly. I had to stand and walk around to get them to loosen up. I started taking this supplement and after a week, the leg cramps are gone. Yes, they may occur now and then but it's rarely.
