Get somthing strong to break through the safety seal. Be sure to eat somthing before you take this because it will hurt your stomach. The same is true for the name brand. The price deference is worth the extra effort of the packaging . This is helpful for my general headaches that I get almost everyday for my truly bad migraines , that I get two or three times a week, this medicine makes the nausea worse .

I always used Excedrin Migraine, however, I purchased this item on sale and it works just as well as Excedrin for a cheaper price.
