This product is not as advertised. It is thicker than petroleum jelly alone, but not as thick as Aquaphor. The thickness of Aquaphor is what makes it stay on longer, occlude, and moisturize better.

Same results
I used this product side by side with Aquaphor and I found a minimal difference in the thickness of the two products and achieved the same results.

Not as thick as Aquaphor
I agree that this product is not as advertised. It is thicker than petroleum jelly alone, but not as thick as Aquaphor. The thickness of Aquaphor is what makes it stay on longer, occlude, and moisturize better. But buying this does save money, so I weigh the pros and cons, since it's better than just 100% petroleum jelly.

It's helping to clear my dry skin
Although I don't completely rely on this product for the extremely dry skin I'm experiencing all over my body, it does its part by relieving the itch that's associated with my dry skin

Not as advertised.
I have bought Aquaphor for years for dry skin and bought this at my local CVS for $4 less. In the store I checked and the ingredients on the 2 labels are listed in the identical order and the active ingredient, petrolatum, is given as the same 41%. But when I opened the container and tried the CVS brand, it looks and feels much more like 80% petrolatum (patroleum jelly) and 20% mineral oil with little to no amount of the more viscous and expensive lanolin. Not to my taste. Never buying this again.
